So I've been thinking about it for a little while, but I think (despite trying to save up for a USA holiday) that I want to use some of my xmas money to buy myself a graphics tablet. I love my marker pens, but I want to have a stab at drawing and painting digitally (it would make my problem of going outside the lines so much easier to fix).
So are there any tablets (or brands) that you can recommend?

I have no complaints whatsoever with Wacom and their products. :3 Try not to get too tiny of a tablet. They're cheaper, but it's a little more work to get in smooth, long, sweeping lines and you have to zoom in pretty far in your graphics program to do fine details.
Happy shopping!

on 2011-11-23 10:28 pm (UTC)I'm using a wacom, too - I bought an older model for little money, when they just brought out the new one. The one I'm using is about 6 years old, by now, though I only used it near daily for about two years of that. I'm agreeing with kitty_chama, I've never had any problems with it, either! (Also, concerning the size, I'm using a small one, and am convinced that it's more than enough.)
Good luck with the shopping and have fun! :D ♥
